LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A Democratic Nevada state senator originally facing a DUI charge pleaded no contest to a reduced charge through his attorney Wednesday morning. State Sen. Edgar Flores, 39, did not appear in Las Vegas Justice Court.
Sen. Edgar Flores, D-Las Vegas, was arrested in September after police found him “passed out” at a traffic light in the early morning.
