A Subway location in Pittsburgh has been issued several health code violations, according to a release from county officials.

SPRINGFIELD – A brand new barbecue and breakfast stop on Baker Drive racked up nearly 20 health code violations in January.

Ochatto Hand Drawn Noodles, Japanese Cuisine, and Bubble Tea was ordered to cease operations by the City of Philadelphia’s Health Department on Oct. 21 following numerous health code violations.

Pasifika Foods was cited for unsafe temperatures and using baked goods from an unapproved source.
