It’s not a full slate of NBA games on Friday, Jan. 9, but there are 10 games lined up with action taking place across the country and starting at all different times.

The Dallas Mavericks face the Sacramento Kings on Tuesday, Jan. 6, 2026 at Golden 1 Center in Sacramento, Calif.

The Clippers currently sit as the 11 seed in the Western Conference, but have won seven of its last 10 games. Following the home game against the Clippers, the Knicks have a west coast road trip. They’ll face the Suns, Trail Blazers, Kings, Trail Blazers and Warriors. Clippers vs. Knicks will air on MSG, and streams live on DIRECTV (free trial).

The Spurs and Timberwolves continue to ascend as two of the top teams in the Western Conference, with each led by a young superstar, Victor Wembanyama and Anthony Edwards, respectively. They’ll clash at 7 ET in the Target Center in Minneapolis.

NBC will broadcast both games tonight with streaming available on DirecTV Stream and Peacock, while Fubo subscribers remain without access due to contract disputes.
