Our Lateral Flow Test kits, which should be used at home or as part of workplace testing, are designed to be used up the nostrils using a swab. We are aware of some messaging which suggests people should self-swab their throat in addition to their nostrils when taking a test. The current view remains that you should use LFT kits as described in the instructions, which is to self-swab your nostrils only.
