LOCUST INVASION SA UKRAINE Officials and producers say Southern Ukraine is facing a major locust invasion, worsened by Russia’s full-scale war, which has rendered traditional pest control methods unfeasible. Locusts, capable of devastating crops in days, are breeding in inaccessible areas near the frontline.
