Traffic and snowfall are heavy over Donner Summit. I-80 eastbound and westbound has been held on and off throughout the night due to multiple spin-outs and traffic collisions. Tow trucks are actively working to reach dozens of stranded motorists in extremely difficult conditions. We will get to you. Heavy holiday traffic was expected.
