This is how I cook my rice and it always comes out perfectly cooked and fluffy. I hear that the knuckle method works regardless of how long your index finger is but I personally haven’t used that method. I don’t understand how it’s fool proof if you have diff finger lengths but apparently it works! My method is using a cup or bowl I measure the amount of rice I want to cook and I will add the same amount of water but about 2 tbsp less just because I prefer my rice a little drier, but just a tad!
