They say the days are long but the years are short. When Ruby was first born, I didn’t believe it was true. But today, on Ruby’s 18th birthday, it’s hard not to look back and feel like the years went by so very quickly. I am in awe of the beautiful young woman that Ruby has become over the last 18 years.
