UPDATE: A stretch of Highway 51 was shut down in Oneida County Tuesday after a head-on car crash. The two-vehicle crash occurred just south of the 51 and K intersection at around 11:30am. Aspirus MedEvac had to be called to take one of the drivers, a female, to a hospital. The other driver, a male, only had minor injuries. No one else was in either of the vehicles. Tragedy overnight in Philadelphia. A woman was killed after a pickup truck lost control on icy roads in the Port Richmond neighborhood.
