Homemade Chocolate Chip Cookies 2 sticks softened butter 1 cup sugar 1 cup brown sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 1/2 spooned cups of AP flour 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp baking soda In a large bowl blend butter for 2 minutes. Add sugars and blend. Add eggs and vanilla extract. Mix. In a separate bowl add salt and baking soda to flour and stir. Slowly add flour mixture to butter mixture and mix. Refrigerate dough for 15 minutes. Or if spooned out on a cookie sheet freeze for 7 minutes. Bake on 350° f
