This is reality of my Cystic Fibrosis. I am performing a home lung function test (thanks to @nuvoair). I would like to point out you normally have a nose clip on doing these too. This test is to check my lung health overall. The numbers you see are in percentages. Someone my age weight & height without CF would be 100% on these tests. I will be completely honest with you all & tell you that I was scared to do these tests. This time of year my health always takes a dip due to the weather & climat
